Started in 1996, Homeboy Silkscreen & Embroidery is currently the largest division of Homeboy Industries, employing at-risk and formerly gang-involved youth, giving them job skills and a living wage to assist them to become positive, contributing members of society.

This thriving business has employed nearly 500 former gang members who have learned the fundamentals of the various jobs while developing a work ethic along side their past enemies.

State-of-the-art silkscreen and embroidery techniques are used to create designs for clothing and promotional items for over 2,000 clients, ranging from schools and church groups to entertainment and other businesses.
