Los Angeles Downtown News named Homeboy Industries as its first place winner as a notable building project during the Seventh Annual Downtowners of Distinction Award ceremony.

The new Homeboy building along with its businesses and services will help drive Downtown’s economic engine and invigorate the community. Accepting for Homeboy was Veronica Vargas, Chief Operating Office, and Hector Verdugo, a Homeboy peer navigator.
